Moving, Drawing and Drooling…

It’s been a busy few weeks, and it’s only going to get busier.  We recently got back from the Twin Cities (Cottage Grove to be precise), and looked at a bunch (around 15) houses.  It was a busy, exciting day and we were expecting to have to make some tough choices.  We were presented with so many amazing options in our price range.  But ultimately, we easily decided on one house that stood above the rest.  We were prepared to sign papers that weekend and move in, but there are a few things that need to get settled at work first before we can commit to a house.  Right now we’re just crossing our fingers hoping our dream home stays on the market.

As for the drawing part of the title, Michael has finally stopped sitting on Uncle Steve’s gift of a magic doodle, and started figuring out how to use it.

Lots more pictures can be found here.

If all goes according to plan (depending on if we get the house) Tim will be taking vacation time starting on the 18th so we can have a week in MN before he has to be at work… cross your fingers for us!
