Customer Service

I just don’t get it.

You own/run a business. You have offers and promotions, products and services, promises to anyone who walks in that door that they will be able to purchase what your business has offered.

Somewhere. Somehow. This simple concept turns into a customer service nightmare.


Why when I am promised one thing over the phone, do the rules completely change when I am in the store face to face with an actual customer service representative?

I just do not get where everything becomes so complicated. All that is asked of a business is that they do what they say they will do. Thats it.

This is why I am starting an “On Notice” List (this concept is completly and 100% plagiarized from Stephen Colbert’s Colbert Report).
