The boys have been taking off their diapers at nap and bed time and pooping. Then then smear, fling and hide the poop. In order to stop this we zipped them into their pjs backward.

We headed out to the backyard after snack and the boys ran, pushed, chased and tugged the afternoon away. I don't know who had more fun, Lucy playing tug of war with Michael, Patrick pushing trucks around or Tim and I laughing as we cheered them all on! 55 Photos Like his Uncle Ben, PJ likes his Birthday celebration to last more than just one day. Really, only one day a year to celebrate PJ just isn't enough. So this year, we celebrated for a week. We skipped right over raking and jumping in the leaves and went straight into full on cold weather gear and trudging through the snow. It is possible. Case in point. Sharpie markers. I hate that they are permanent and stinky. I love that their are 1000s of websites that give advice on how to remove Sharpie stains. A week with Grandma and Grandpa Clute. 265 Photos Today was the first time we have seen the sun since Saturday. We celebrated with a walk to the gas station to pick up a Diet Coke for me and ice cream sandwiches for the boys. 27 Photos Probably my last Clute Family of 4 trip. We played in the sand and went to the zoo and ate lots of tractor cake! 168 Photos Michael's new favorite game. Nap time. It involves turning off the lights, laying down, being tucked in then squeezing his shut while shouting, "GOOD NAP TIME!" Then he wakes up and turns on the light and asks, "Good nap Michael?" Our little family's first trip to the drive in theatre. We saw Up! We were outside the gates at 6pm, the movie didn't start until 9:30 and didn't end until 11. Michael played tractors from the time we parked until we packed him up in the car to go home. Patrick explored the entire parking lot multiple times and cuddled with Mommy for the last half of the movie. All in all a few tantrums but an overall success.

"ALL DONE!" was Michael's chant the last 45 minutes of our car ride home from Grand Forks. As their reward for traveling so nicely, they each had a Popsicle and we spent the rest of the afternoon playing in the backyard!
